Description
Scarce WW1 British officers marching compass, in leather case. The compass age worn and with a little bit of age grime (the whole would probably benefit from a clean). The compass appears to be in good working order and retains some of its original black enamel finish. Around the outer surface is engraved the name G ALLISON. The leather carrying case is complete, but worn and in need of a feed with leather preservative. The stitching is intact and is in good condition commensurate with age.
